  • Free shipping: Orders with a subtotal of at least $349 ship for free via UPS
  • Koi fish: Koi fish are only shipped Monday through Thursday
  • Handling Time: Cape May Koi gets 6 days of handling time from the day of the order to ship out the product.
  • Motor freight: Oversized or heavy items are shipped via a motor freight carrier
  • Returns: Unused or unopened items can be returned or exchanged for a refund within 30 days of purchase
